May be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. We advise you that you are subject to these terms when you use the Linenstock site.
TERMS
New customer orders will be shipped with payment by credit card or PayPal. Which accepts Amex, Visa, and MC and Discover
Net 30 with approved credit information on file.
In the event of a returned check, we will bill the credit card on file the amount of the check plus a $25 return check fee.
CONDITIONS
Orders will be processed as received.
Verbal orders are considered firm.
Changes or cancellations must be made the same day order is placed and are subject to
production approval.
Changes or cancellation on next day orders are not accepted.
Any additions will be entered as a new order and will be shipped separately.
Orders for custom sizes and specialty items cannot be cancelled once in production.
All pricing is for each unless otherwise noted.
Must meet minimum quantity required.
Product sizes are for cut fabric, finished items may be slightly smaller.
We are not responsible for dye lot variations.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
We are not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.
There is a $2.50/box handling charge for all freight collect shipments.

RETURNS
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
All returns subject to approval.
No returns will be processed without a return authorization number
50% re-stocking fee will be charged on stock sizes.
75% re-stocking fee will be charged on custom sizes. (A custom size is any item that does not appear on website)
Credits are issued when incorrect merchandize is returned and processed.
No returns on used or laundered merchandise.
Merchandise credits valid for one year.
